I really haven't thought how this would effect JPM but you may be right. WMI will see significant recovery to their estate and if it's enough to pay off all Senior and Junior debtors (About 12 Billion) the rest will go to the estate and the commons will reap the rewards. Now what reward will it be, I'm guessing 4$ is a likely minimum with top potential possibly going into the 40$'s if WMI can exit bankruptcy and thrive once again.
