Difficult question to answer, but it seems that substancially all the shares Carnes and Powalisz sold were in less than 6 weeks of the conversions....in each of the 4 companies involved. It is a ton of shares!

There so many shares and so much money involved, I doubt that the government can squeeze it all out of the defendants. All we can do is, yes you got it...wait. :-( gltu dog
