Dawg, what is the number of shares involved? I read the court document and have wondered how many excess (illegal) shares were sold into the market causing us grief?

Why should Peter get the money when its the shareholders who were harmed. Taking a billion shares outta the market by forced buy-back would make me plenty happy.

PS - I own shares of bcit and am waiting on a forced buy back of phantom shares. If it ever happens,I will be more than happy to pay off my mortgage. Going on five years now though LOL.
