It's nothing really IMO. They just cancelled the original S1 and reissued it in an amended S1A clarying the way the warrants will be issued. From this I would expect a quick Effect notice by the SEC and we're ready to go. And hopefully do some great acquisitions.

We have to hear why he pulled the S1, he might have found a better deal..
