Below is the key I think. They have been waiting for the SEC to put this S1 into Effect. So this must have been required by the SEC to OK it finally.

I don't think there is much to it other than clarification. This is the first time I'm seeing the warrant deal and I like that the warrant price is derived from the closing price the previous day. And as I said before the higher the PPS the less warrants Matt has to provide.
