From the little bit of information I got from Jay, YAG has to put their stamp of approval on MOBL financial transactions that would affect YAG getting paid off. While this isn't good, it could have been a lot worse. At least MOBL still has a vote in what their future is. That's a lot more than I thought MOBL would be allowed.
