They use the closing price for that day. Yesterday stock closed somewhere between .07-.08....So on 10/27 that was correct. Today it's lower. Tomorrow hopefully will be higher. Shares O/S multiplied times stock price equals market cap. Changes all the time depending on what the stock price is.
