yes that's right, for every 1 NM share you buy you own a 40% stake in every NMM share, and a 20%stake in the new, to be formed blank check company share! Plus the whole Navios Maritime Holdings Fleet!!!!! I think is the most overlooked company in shipping history, but not for too long it won't stay like this, investors are going to wake up and smell the opportunity! And NM is going to lead the market on the next leg up in the shipping cycle.
