LOL, seriously this should trade positively until we find out about the acquisition then as Rapael Weiss stated...

Growth in the value of the company is anticipated but we will leave it to the marketplace to confirm such by the end of next week.

...ps there is only 100mil shares of this issue versus the billions in most pinks and it's only .02 per share!
