Interestingly enough, they are only on WAMUQ. I checked many other PS stocks and have not seen them.... If someone finds them elsewhere - then apologies. I have been looking around for them since they showed up.

I haven't made the clear connection yet, but I also suspect that CRTC is in on this for JPM, too. They do have a lot of JPM connections among their staff.

CRTC came into WAMPQ about the same time that FBRC showed up in WAMUQ. They've been a driving force in the downward pressure.
