that's the subsequent filing for improvements and not the original patent application. Snaper is still the guy that has to approve all business related to that part of the pending patent and the PWI claims to that are useless without AS's approval. That part of the patent can be altered as necessary and refilled.
The only important part of the patent is the original concept, and AS is the only name on it.
