Not much light to shed here... The Creditor's Committee is submitting a reorganization plan and we are as well. The committee wants the court to allow them to hire Basu Capital to raise the needed money to fund their plan so there will be a hearing on Nov. 9th to determine if they can do that.
At this point, it will be decided by the creditors (not the committee, all the creditors) as to which plan is better. There's a lot of things that can happen between now and the actual vote, but it should be an interesting process.
In the meantime, we expect to get Nicosan back into production under NIPRD as the interim management team within a couple of weeks. That's the most important thing, getting the medicine back on the market...
