Doesn't make sense alright, they had two years and now they will try and find funding, for what to get the license that they lost to produce Nicosan. Seems to me Nigeria wants nothing to do with the past BORDers. These creditors are blind they could have put Xkem on the map but failed.

Yes maybe Monty can shed some light on this
