As I look at the future hearings it seems as though the creditors committee is going after the Pandeys. I am hoping that Monty will shed some light on how his proposal is being accepted by that same group. It just does not make sense that the Basu group is being considered for finding capital after all we have found out about him. This stuff just doesn't feel right!!
It is truly amazing what Swift and Associates have managed to do, both directly and indirectly. ... Unfortunately it is all sad and destructive for the great majority affected. Miracles do happen, every day and in every moment ... the suffering WILL end imo.
The part I still don't get is no kind of criminal charges have been filed to my knowledge. With what has been found by Fox clearly indicates fraud among other things. IMO, As you know it is too late for me but I hope for the best outcome for the rest of you and that you will once again put your flying shoes back on and soon.
