More hearings....who is going to pay Robert Swift's attorneys if they win?
Are we going to be paying all attorneys when we keep the X out of bankrupcy and gain control as shareholders?
This entire nightmare has certainly taken a toll on many shareholders and altered their lives forever.
Some of us have been able to hold onto our shares and add to them, but many have had to sell and have still lost houses, wives, unborn babies, and lives' savings.
I have had to go back to a career which I do not enjoy, but am very thankful to my God for providing a job so I could hang onto my home. I have had my moments when I have felt like I have totally messed up my life, my wife's life, and the lives of all that I told about our X. (I bought the shares from my kids at the price they paid, which was 0.02 and up to 0.06 at the request of my wife. )
I am confident that we will come out of this ordeal much stronger in our faith than when we started, after we have control and rebuild what Robert Swift and Steve Burg have destroyed.
I look forward to our victory party and to our many celebrations to come!
