Etrade does not have any issue with cxac.

Scottrade restricts or makes you call in for alot of the stocks. I hated working with ST, and switched over to TD. It is worth paying a little extra. If you open a TD account they will let you transfer money instant the first time. GL

Yea' st sucks, I - like a lot of others opened a TD Ameritrade account. Since then I've had no problems with pennies.
