Ah yes Janice..and i remember reading some news about borkers like marking short sales as long on their books..several got caught a few years ago..Notice we never heard of any investigation into jeffies adventures..as I recall..they forgot to flip the switch every day for almost a year on poor old CMKX trades..One would think you could get canned for that??
