From the R/S PR in March 09...

"DALLAS, March 3, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Earth Biofuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EBOF) (the "Company") today announced that the Board of Directors have decided not to pursue the reverse split of the Company's common stock as described in its Schedule 14-C filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, 2008"

-It's only referring to the filing from Nov 08. Has nothing to do with any future event or non event. It is misleading to imply that this has anything to do with future events or that is somehow precludes a future R/S.

A R/S is definitely possible here with the current share structure and abysmal shareholder value. IMO, it could very well be in near future even.
