Would this NSS have gotten into 'Signature' way back when the pps dove down from 1.50 or so? Or sometime more recent? And, has there been a 'concerted' effort to damage the company's reputation?

If you have scottrade and real time L2, watch how scottrade frequently masks the true bid and ask. Their hands are dirty!!

Perhaps you're right, I've just been pretty unhappy with Scottrade.
But, if Scottrade had allowed investors shares to be used for shorting without the owners permission that would definitely be contributing.
All-in-all I'm pretty happy the way things are now. The stock has been showing some strong growth & the future looks bright.
