My guess is, you're right.

We have to remember, this Lady is a seasoned Vet, in the BK court. She has seen wrenches thrown many times, and she will make sure that she is on spot with her ruling. Judges don't like for their decisions to be overturned...and she will make sure, to the best of her ability, that they have no room to find error.

She will research, reassure her views, and eliminate all claims and dispose of them in a complete and orderly fashion.

Shes not a BK Judge because she is dumb or easliy intimidated...
