If there is no buyout it is only because there is substantial oil and proven reserves. A long wait to be sure but with proven is a proven company to sustain a much higher price. I think it's a win win either way.
Like most, I'd prefer a buyout for the quick price appreciation that accompanies most buyouts. SEO dictates the terms and we are along for the ride. If not, we have proven and SEO makes his deals and we either jump off or hang on for the next chapter.
