Actually, picture taking isn't allowed in the courtroom. He'd probably go to jail. I was going to mention that later so I didn't have to post bail. lol Some courthouses don't even allow camera phones in the courthouse by people without security cards. Employees, attorneys, etc. We'll have to check prior so we don't have to walk a mile back to our cars or hide our phones in the bushes.
