LOL – I actually went to PACER to see if anything was filed under “CMKX” – nothing!

The CMKX Shareholders Coalition for Justice announces the commencement of legal action against the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in both Canada and the United States.

So when they write the above, it’s nothing but a bunch of hot air.

If it’s not a legal entity – then it’s a club. As in: CMKX SHAREHOLDER COALITION CLUB

Don’t these people have any common sense?
File the paperwork, pay the fees, and incorporate the club into a legal entity!
