I think the JPM/FDIC angle from the beginning today was to set up an appeal based on not have a trial to decide the fate of the 4b.

They will appeal her decision period!

No, we don't want this settled just yet. JPM stock is climbing and will soon be be higher than it's '07 peak. It will be obvious to all concerned that for a company to do this well in this economic climate they had to steal the money from someone else, i.e. the stockholders at wamu.

It makes the judge's job to do the right thing alot easier
