I have a lot of rental property and the mobile homes is wearing me out. I have a builder who will build for me and I know his work. I will have around $60.00 a square foot in the houses and depending on the locations the lowest income houses are selling new ones that is for $122.00 a square foot. If mine are priced at $95.00 a square foot then they should sell pretty easy. I have 4 acres that I am sitting on waiting for a sewer system to be put into the community and I can subdivide it in to almost 30 homes 1 per 1/8 acre but I would need a road so I figure maybe 26 easily. If no sewer has been put in and I have built on all the rest I may divide it into 7 but I may just sit on it and buy other lots and keep on building as long as they are selling. I can even offer a higher price for my houses with a $10,000 cash back if they get the financing.
