especially since the fdic's denial of the claim for the 4 billion is pending in the delaware district court. The fdic is pissing in the wind. This judge is not going to be threatened. It is going to make her rule faster maybe even this afternoon. She does her homework , she has had this in front of her for months. At most she has a few final revisions of her opinion.
