Couldn't AGREE more with you. Of course we all want to make some cash back. Many of us were in pre-seizure and just want to be righted here, but the bigger picture is this will be a huge decision against the corruption in our government.
I think the judge is wise to take her time to decide given the magnitude of her decision, as you pointed out. Still wondering what was said when the audio was lost or if they went off record. Maybe there's a hope of something being decided offline. As many have pointed out in the past, the government doesn't want to make themselves look bad on this one.
