There inlies the rub sir. I would assume the only real puzzlement falls upon you. The rest of us longs have no doubt the SEC will issue its proclamation in due course. Therefore, I would respectfully suggest you continue to seek,and impart all financial,and factual data available to you in order and keep us updated if you can. Is there a way to research if there are other applicants for the leases since it seems to be open season with the expiration of Empire's rights?

I realize MRT would not comment on such, but has anyone found similar applications in the database?

that your wording below is not much different the standard caveats that eegc, and ALL other compannies issue with regard to forward looking statements(could, would, should, may, might, etc).....
