Yah they waiting on tests of something they don't own but may have to buy.
Yah they have partnered with others ok that logicall they can't run this 45B$$ thingy and take out the big3 alone they need help..so there must be at least 20 behind this from lawyers to production from US,Canada and China there must be at least 20 people involved...lol
DON'T THEY WANT THE 0001 PAPER OF THIS GREAT GEM....
