twelvebees: very little is known about Apple, thus far. We may be able to deduce more after earnings.

Apple, RIMM, HTC, LG, Samsung and countless others are IDCCs future. NOKIA is a shrinking dinosaur, just like MOT.

All we know is that Apple is using an Infineon chip with IDCC 3G protocol stack inside the 3G iphone. Infineon has never confirmed that it was an Apple supplier but Merrritt did in a conference call.
