The part about the restrictions is very important re the short position. If those who are short are giving out the dividend that is absolutely mandatory and they are buying UCAD on the market in order to do this in your case .. those shares would be unrestricted. Mine say Restricted. Hmm. Starting to jibe with the rising price of UCAD as the bandits may be doing this. I like it. I can dream can't I ?
