Thank you starline...you have restored my fait in the good investors that are here..I have had that same talk with this company and your post is just a confermaiton of that...RS is very possible 1000 to 1 is stupid and when they do a RS they will have plenty to back it up with...again thank you and post more often..your comments ar welcome by me and many others here

i had and posted the same exact convo with him except he never said "no" to a 1000:1. I hope you are right. Trust me.

That is good news, especially since I am still holding 4M shares....

I think most of us would be much more comfortable with a 10:1 or even as high as 100:1 split. However, 1000:1 is just plain scarey....

Glad to hear he doesn't want to hang out in Penny Land. However, he is going to have to provide us with financial data and revenue forcasts in order for us to get out and stay out of Penny Land.

Of course, that Penny Land is post-R/S....

Nice, but Robert ( BOB ) has zero credibility....

1) This is now going on 7 weeks for cusip change....this is not rocket science and we have already passed the timeframe and buffer alowed for several questions.....

He sounds like he is writing the Bible and there are thousands of questions to answer.....

2) Bob is not a newbie...he has been around the block a few times in pinky land.....so this procedure is nothing new...

3) Oh, the old "I wouldn't be getting my family involved" quote......LOL, how many times have I heard that one....

4) He knew that company uploads the documents to Pinksheets.....you do NOT send them to PInksheets....that PR, IMO, was a deliberate misrepresntation to shareholders, but, hey ! it bought some time......

5) Even after several emails and atemtpts to get him to update and change and follow through on his previous PR's about submitting 15C and AF's.....he has still not addressed this and will not, IMO.....

6) continued Pr's are all nice and fun, but, really are fluff as we have no valid details about any companies and or suppose revenues....all fluff......


We are a stinky pinky company at best at this point, with a CEO that has not followed through on his promises, and, heading for an enormous RS.......

Gee.....how does this differ from the other POS pinkies out there.......??

Bob heard rumors of this ? ( 1:1000 RS )....ROTFLMAO !! It was listed for Sept 29th/2009 and pending cusip change upcoming......

i wouldnt think it would have to be any more then a 10:1 IMO and this thing with big PRs like bob is saying could take it to $1.00 range if not higher but the skull & crossbones would have to be removed
