Ok here is my take on this thing. I got no reason to lie as I am holding from day one and will till this thing dies if it comes to that. Bought in at 0.0001 5.2M shares and still got all of them. I just spent 20 minutes on phone with Bob (949-999-2022). He was very calculated and careful not to say anything that is not public yet and could be considered inside information.

1. I asked him is their going to be a reverse split?
A) He said his company is in a unique position to do this as there is big contract deals to be announced very soon. He said yes but not to a 1000 to 1 degree. He said he would not of got his family involved with a business deal that would hurt them and he has no intention of killing the company he invested so much time and work into.
2. I asked why IR/TA person says that there is a 1000 to 1 split pending cuspid symbol change and it is all over the net?
A) He said he heard rumors of this and will be addressing and dispelling this with PR(s) this coming week. He said many talks have been had on the share structure to best protect the shareholders interest and the companies position.

He said the symbol change is like all said and that is that he keeps getting hit with more questions to answer and don't know why it is taking so long.

He said that he is not interested in the so called investors who don't want to invest in his company for the future but just keep it down in the pennies or less. The phones are wringing off the wall and he knows he has to do something soon to address all the bad PR(my take).

He assured me that his company is not going to be a train wreck(his words) and that lots of big/good news is coming in PRs this coming week.

I know the above is not worded perfectly but I tried my fairest to capture what he told me on the phone. So bash away all if you would like but I for one feel a little better after today's madness. There will be a reverse but unless I am totally misreading something, it will not be 1000 to 1(my 2 cents).
