First you are one great represenative for a short. You are to be congratulated on all the money you have made. I don't begrudge you making it if you did it honestly.
Now that being said what makes you think any company is going to balk on paying IDCC. IDCC will have these 4 patents so tight and secure against any challenges that no company would even consider it let alone do it. The other thing is I think IDCC has more than 4 patents, and Nokia has already got kicked in the U.K. so don't be so arrogant, as Nokia is going to pay just as sure as I know you will continue to post negative stuff till you quit getting paid or lose your rear.
I don't know where the stock is going, but I do know the company is solid and has solid earnings and plenty of money.
They will continue to operate and be very profitable if they never seen a penny from Nokia, but they will and it will be a hell of a lot more than you would think I assure you of that.
Motorola, and Sony Ericsson, hopefully will license before Nokia but I don't look for that. I am more in hopes of ZTE and Huwaii or whatever their name is, as they are knocking them dead even as we speak.
I want to see more of the machine to machine license, and the other products licensed seperate from cell phones, and Merritt reflected they are working on that. I hope IDCC continues to develop new patents and come up with technology that will also go on a chip and make tons off that also.
I have no doubt in the longivity of IDCC and your crap doesn't make me change my position or beliefs in IDCC one bit.
