Jai,

You're 100% on the money, the POISON PILL benefit nobody now
except MGT. This company even with the recent set back is
worth 45-50 a share. SO LET THE BIDDING BEGIN and reward
those patient shareholdrers that stuck with MGT. for all
these years; IT'S TIME SHAREHOLDERS GOT REWARDED. THis is not
MGT. bashing; they did what they could, it's time to move on.
