Is there any evidence yet that this company is a scam?

The only thing they failed to do, is file the 10k on time.

Anyway, I don't think anyone can predict the future.

If they keep trading, and eventually they're back in top shape to go to NASDAQ, I'll have no loss.

When a buyout would come, you never know, and you sell on Monday, the loss would even be bigger.
