the only place Spongy will be trading is on the Greys .. I look for civil charges to be filed before the end of the year .. and the lawsuits to continue to pile up as more dirty laundry is uncovered. Criminal charges are a real possibility too .. current management is going to be history sooner or later anyway

please read the SEC complaint, it clearly spells out illegal operations .. and that is called a SCAM ..
