Dicon Technologies and Spongetech

A few months ago Spongetech bought Dicon.
Another rumour is that Dicon is buying Spongetech
and what will happen next is that Dicon will be the public company
with a new cusip, etc...

Some say that this is a far fetched fantasy that will not happen.
But since Dicon is owned by Spongetech and since Dicon is the maker of the spongers,
and since the company Spongetech is going through one headache after another
a move like this could actually make alot of sense.

Will the company known as Spongetech become Dicon?

Exactly Belgian i am the same way, holding on to my shares, no reason to sell them down here on the grays for almost nothing. If it works out great, if not, i get a reminder every time i look at my account to not be stupid

Anyway, I already accounted my 50k shares as a loss. I WON'T sell them. IF it's a scam, they are a nice reminder for future investments.

and every CEO of these scam pump and dumps like SPNG count on that type of attitude from buyers. I can't tell you how many times I have heard -'I'll hang on even if the ship goes down

So, I guess doing so 'that will teach them a lesson ...
