do you think it would make sense to start a parallel case, either at the ITC or east texas, with a suit of other patents as well? if they are going to be determined to fight, they got plenty of cash to do so and not be afraid to bring multiple suits.

I would think in Delaware IDCC could enter any and all the patents they so desire. I am sure somewhere IDCC will find a way to make Nokia pay.
