Ok! Let me answer to that.....
First of all William A. Petty was involved in this company? Yes he was indeed!!!!!! Was he the president? Yes he was!!!! But not the CEO....in charge......
Did he resign when he got the fishy smell.......yes he did....and that was before all this came up! Otherwise he would have been charged aswell and that´s why he never ever figured in some sec files about iregularities......so he ain´t guilty of anything.....he sold his shares at whatever after sending this stock from the 00´s to over $2 a shares.....
About John Adair? Well he took the hit but still moved the stock from 0.005 or so to over $2!!!!!!! Unhappy shareholders? Only those who bought in late I guess.
Don´t get me wrong Moldy......I know definately more than anybody about this company.......and living in Bolivia makes things for sure easier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok know I confessed........but this bashing down a company that is trying hard in a very damn difficult environment and that is at 0001 is just silly! We´re all in the same boat here!!!!!!!

If you don´t want your shares.....sell them and get on with your life....why bash a company that is grounded at the moment? Just silly IMO....
Let me just point out that I am no member of the FMNJ staff and have no insider info ok? Just in case before calling me something....ok? *Venting*

Moldy.....those people at ENDEVCO have no clue.....but you´re allowed to have your own opinion of course......
