The recent PR stated a relationship with Cherokee Oil, CEO is John Adair of Adair Oil International.
Cherokee's CEO in the early 90's was caught by a sting operation and the SEC issued a cease and desist order for stock solicitation. It was taken over by Adair. Adair Oil Intl also has an SEC Proxy battle where Dick Boyce and others took the company away from Adair. Petty worked with Adair as President., when this happened. I e-mailed EnDevCo, who was listed as the new name of Adair Oil. The CEO, Dick Boyce returned my mail with his office and cell phone. I don't know him, but we talked for 10 min. He said responded because he wished some one would have told him about Adair and Petty before he lost most of his money. He called them slime, manipulators who issue themselves Registered shares and sell them through Canadian Brokers. He said not to get involved with anything they do.
So in Pettys 3 min video, he said FMNJ was doing business with his old friend. I take Boyce's words with a grain of salt but I will play this as a P&D. Just thought I would share this. I think there will be news soon and a couple weeks of pumping. I'll try to get some profits and get out.
