Anyone think a proposal to reduce authorized shares on next year's proxy would have a chance?

My gut tells me that this was all about authorized shares from the beginning. An end run around having to have a majority of shareholders voting approve more authorized shares.

I agree somewhat but I'm sure but the news will probably
shake any weak sisters out. I'm planning on re-stocking my trading position 10% lower from here just because of previous history with reverse splits.

However, overall I agree with you. I haven't seen the chart smashed down like a black hole. MF, RSI, MACD all were in the dirt like someone had stomped a new mudhole in our little stock.

I'm still wearing my rally cap ya'll!!!!!! But then again I'm a life long Cowboys fan too LOL
