Proposal 4 looks pretty good right now. You have up to the shareholder mtg to change your vote. When the pieces are more valuable than the whole and mgmt is the glue that holds the pieces together, then mgmt must be worth less then zero by definition.

And the sad part is mgmt will benefit from this.
