well I'm doing my best, that was me on ETMM chasing the ask trying to get people to join me... everybody wants to complain about this stock yet they don't want to support it.
all it takes is an order to be placed for 5001 shares for it to show up on level 2! seriously, you don't even have to get filled if you don't want too but just be below the highest bid, we can't gaps in the level 2
