Brewer never appeared on the MSL by name. When I asked him about that he told me that he used a nominee corp. In Marco's depo he was questioned about Brewer and his first cert transaction of 41 certs. Monte Verde was brought up as the name on the cert(s).

Yes, Monte Verde is/was Rendall's but was used as Brewer's nominee corp for his CMKX shares.
