The civil suit states Marco profited around $4,200,000 dollars.

If he bought at 0.0001
And sold at 0.00025
That gives him a profit of 0.00015 per share.

And although I know not every transaction wasn't precise (0.00015 profit), I'll use this number to show the missing information.

A profit of $4,200,000 dollars at 0.00015 per share --
(4,200,000 / 0.00015) = 28,000,000,000 shares

Cost = 28 billion shares @ 0.0001 = $2,800,000
Sale proceeds = 28 billion @ 0.00025 = $7,000,000
Profit = (7,000,000 less 2,800,000) = $4,200,000

The total deposits on exhibit 40 (gross proceeds) only come up to $1.96 million.

Exhibit 40 should have, at least -- $4.2 million dollars in deposits ++ PLUS ++ whatever the price Marco purchased the shares at (0.0001).

I noticed the transaction on Exhibit 40 -- they're Marco's accounts.
And the depositions show Marco was using Thiderat accounts.

There's the missing information -- Thiderat.

I'm starting to believe Marco will end up being indicted.
