The stock had only 4.3M shares in the OS for years... Trading at .22 or whatever the price was they had zero liquidity, so once they did the FS it made the stock much easier to trade..

No flags so to speak.. This stock is still VERY under radar.. Once the masses catch wind of a stock with only 320M in the Float and that hasn't diluted a share in 10+ years they'll all come flock over here..
