Sorry to disagree, but not imo - Never saw a criminal complaint use a news paper as source for the allegations to establish factual basis for relief.

BTW - courthouses are almost like high schools, a lot of rumors get spread, some of which have a basis in truth. That being said, consider this possibility that STI and/or GFGU has some indirect involvement in getting this lawsuit filed before the SEC investigation is over to take pressure off them and to discredit SPNG. Stranger things have happen and it is actually a clever tactic.
