and from where I stand.. there may be some prima facie evidence to support that action WITHOUT the newspaper articles being true at all

you just need to have an idea thats its true to bring a complaint. Newspaper articles are plenty of ammo for this. Plus its just not newspapers, its filings and false corporations that can not be verified.
