2many, it sounds like u work for e-turd.
Scottrade calls me or emails me when something is wrong with my (two) accounts.
Plus they don't charge a monthly service fee and only charge $ 7.00 for each trade with unlimited number of shares.
IMO what they did was very poor business, even though I agree he should be on top of his account.
